We will also reward referrals for ad hoc / temporary Class 2 Multi Drop Drivers, upon completion of 3 shifts or by working at least 24 hours with our clients.

If they sign on with us as a client, we'll offer them reduced fees on their first placement with us, and reward you with reduced fees on your next placement with us as a thank you for the introduction.

Terms & Conditions
Candidate referral reward applies to permanent vacancies or 12m+ fixed term contracts only.
Reward also paid for ad hoc / temporary Class 2 Multi Drop Drivers, upon completion of 3 shifts or by working at least 24 hours with our clients.
The referring candidate must already be registered with Workmate Agency, for any type of role or as a business contact.
Referral payments will made 14 days after the candidate's start date into the role and will be paid by direct bank transfer.
Should the candidate leave the role within the first 14 days, no referral payment will be made.
Client referral reward applies to permanent vacancies or 12m+ fixed term contracts only.
The referring company must already be registered as a client with Workmate Agency or should be in liaison with the Recruitment Manager.
Reduced fee rate is fixed at 10% + VAT for the first placement for the new client and fixed at 10% + VAT for the next placement for the existing client.
Discounted rates will be carried forward until the position is filled by Workmate Agency.
