🚘 Full UK Driving Licence & Own Vehicle - Preferred
✔ Requires a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
✔ Candidates with relevant payroll qualifications are preferred, but this is not essential
✔ Requires experience using Sage Payroll or a similar accountancy software
✔ Should offer experience submitting tax and NI deductions to HMRC
✔ Strong numerical skills to effectively and accurately manage payroll duties
✔ Can effectively communicate payroll-related matters at all levels
✔ Adaptable within fast-paced, pressured working environments
✔ Able to take ownership of own tasks and work independently when required
✔ Highly organised and able to manage / prioritise multiple tasks at once
✔ Able to work collaboratively as part of a wider team when required
◼ Reporting directly to the Director and Recruitment Manager
◼ Acting as the main point of contact for payroll-related queries
◼ Processing monthly payroll for company employees
◼ Enrolling new employees onto the company pension scheme
◼ Maintaining accurate employee information for pay and tax purposes
◼ Ensuring all employees pay the correct tax and NI deductions
◼ Managing timesheets and working hours for agency staff
◼ Running the weekly payroll for temporary agency staff
◼ Processing business expense claims for employees and agency staff
◼ On-boarding of new payroll clients
◼ Creating and issuing invoices to clients as required
◼ Chasing outstanding invoices and managing rebate payments
◼ Other payroll-related duties as required
