Due to their recent relocation, this candidate would like to secure a role with a greater focus on employee relations within a 30 minute commuting distance.

◼ Confident in all aspects of recruitment and onboarding

◼ Highly numerical with experience managing payroll

◼ Creating, developing, and implementing policy and process changes

◼ Supporting Management with disciplinary hearings and investigations

◼ Managing offers, contracts, and pre-employment checks

◼ Strong administrative background including accurate data entry

◼ Performance management reviews and absence management

◼ Supporting with new starter and ongoing training for staff

◼ Responsible for the HR training budget across multiple sites

◼ Led recruitment initiatives and recruitment fair programmes for colleges


Education and Qualifications


Level 3 CIPD - Foundation Certificate in People Practice
