Work Experience


◼ Strong hospitality experience with good culinary and knife skills

◼ Confident taking charge of a kitchen section and operating it smoothly

◼ Experienced working to deadlines to achieve a high table turnover rate

◼ Mindful of allergies, nutritional requirements, and contamination of food

◼ Line management experience including rota management

◼ Liaising with suppliers for new stock orders and to raise discrepencies

◼ Assisting with the creation of new and cost-effective menu items

◼ Delivering practical training cooking classes to new starters

◼ Able to work well independently and collaboratively with a wider team


Education and Qualifications


Master's Degree in Hospitality Management

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management
